Notre séjour a été particulièrement décevant. Dès notre arrivée, le chauffage et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnaient pas. La chasse d’eau était également défectueuse et une fuite d’eau est apparue par la suite.
La propreté laissait sérieusement à désirer : traces de dentifrice dans le lavabo, saletés accumulées sous les lits et vaisselle présentant encore des résidus alimentaires. Nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes.

Excellent stay.
Hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is spanking new.
Staff: one young lady was extremely helpful. Cheerful and kind. We arrived early in the morning, they stored our luggage and offered coffee and tea.
Lots of restaurants and boulangeries around. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and opt to go out and have coffee and croissants.
It's very close to Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge area.
Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...

Loved this hotel the staff was amazing from Anna, Alice , Louise they helped me everyday printed out maps gave me great suggestions for everything from Restaurants to wear to get the best fabric don't think I would stay anywhere else when I return to Paris . Great location so easy to get around from the Saint George Metro stop . When you came back after exploring the city all day you had snacks and beverages waited ,that was wonderful croissants, muffins, juice , soda, water was a nice touch....
