"Room was clean. Front desk was nice but didn’t offer any information had to ask a bunch of questions which she did not elaborate on. Also, breakfast was not included and $40 for two people seemed excessive."

"I was bullied, harassed and humiliated by front desk person person named Christian Easter Sunday because i dared to ask why there we no delicious donuts as there had been every previous stay 20+ times. He told me there are plenty of places j could walk for donuts. When I asked if they or he would bring them to my room he threatened to throw me out. There are witnesses to all of this - I am too upset to do anything "
