"Very very nice hotel near to public transportation tram and U bahn(direct line to Octoberfest which was very nice) Took us about 1.5 hours to get to airport on public transportaion from this location. Good restaurants and supermarkets in the area and very quiet for sleeping, even tho it is on a very busy road. Loved the tech and sustainability factors. "

They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owners were very accommodating and provided additional information about the area. There was a market and butcher within walking distances. The Bahn was an easy 10 minute drive. The property was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Next time we go to Munich we will look to return to rent again. "Clean apartment with many nice features (e.g, large dining table and excellent coffee maker). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I felt comfortable with my window open at night. With two bathrooms, the rental can easily accommodate a group of friends. Designed for people on the move, as there is not a living room for lounging.
