Our first room, the door didn't work. The second room smelled like dog and the door didn't fit properly so that sound and light came through.. The front desk gave us a little grief when we asked for an extra towel. It's in a great town, but we cheaped out, and it showed.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property, and I’m just as pleased as the first time. This time about I brought 3 people with me and we were all comfortable! Definitely will stay at this property again next time I’m in Williams.

We had a two bed room and there was a table and ONE chair. What good does one old chair do???? There was definitely remodeling going on, I would hope that is why everything was so lacking

The pool an spa is the best feature indoor an clean. There is no in room coffee, microwave, mini fridge or iron. It is basic an smelled of mold. The front desk staff was rude an no cleaning was done on our room. When we tried to give them the trash from room they said leave it in there really foe two days ridiculous. No wonder this place is rundown.

Their lack of knowledge for service dogs and denying the stay due to having service dogs. Then refusing a refund due to not being able to stay with days service dogs.

The back door entry's lock was broken. I liked that the motel was a 5 minute walk to Safeway. Very quiet, I felt very safe.

I hated the stay...NOTHING in the room's...seriously NOTHING!!...no kleenex, no shampoo or conditioner, one hand towel, no coffee maker's in room's. I accidentally left my jacket in the room and they wouldn't even mail it back to me...Absolutely HORRIBLE...sleep in your vehicle before thinking about "paying" to stay here!!!

Good for a quick overnight stay. Easy check in and pleasant staff. Property and rooms need renovation. Walked into room with overwhelming weed smell. The guests before us must have had a great time. They put the plastic ice bucket liner over the smoke detector so it wouldn’t go off. We took that off for obvious safety reasons.
