Of all motels within Grand Forks, this is the best one to stay at. Free ‘continental’ breakfast is the bonus. It is on Hwy. 3 at the west end of the City, and has a restaurant next door. The rooms are old but it is comfortable and quiet.

It’s in grand forks and the quality reflects the size of the town. Relatively clean in our room but our whole group stayed here and we got some mixed reviews. Theres some other properties nearby that seemed a bit nicer but this place can hold a larger group if you’d all like to stay in the same place
