"This is supposed to be a golf and spa resort, so I booked a one-night stay because my son wanted to play golf there. Even though it was expensive for just one night — almost $450 before the resort fee — I decided to give it a try. What disappointed me the most was that Hotels.com never mentioned that the golf and spa benefits/credits are excluded when booking through a third party. At check-in, the front desk staff member, Kirsten, informed us that none of those benefits were included because of how we booked the reservation. As a result, we would have had to pay full price for golfing and spa services on top of the already high room rate. Either the resort should treat all guests the same regardless of where they book, or Hotels.com should clearly disclose that these benefits are excluded for third-party bookings. The staff were okay, but not especially welcoming or helpful. To make matters worse, when we entered our room, it smelled like someone had just used the restroom. We opened the doors and windows to air it out, but the smell still lingered. I’m not sure if it was a plumbing issue or something else, but it definitely made the room feel unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back."

I would NEVER pay over 300 there for and room ever again…. It wasn’t miserable but I felt very ripped off.. breakfast was pretty much powdered eggs, gas station muffins, and Jimmy deal sausages. Would not recommend this place."
