“I liked the pool, gym, and the free breakfast!
The blinds were not actually blinding the sun as I couldn’t close them.
Also, all the food I put in my little fridge got frozen. Otger than that, I really liked everything about the hotel.”

“When we first arrived we were locked in our room. After struggling for 10 minutes with the door, my wife called down to the front desk. Their suggestion was to ‘pull hard’. We finally got out. The maintenance man came and fixed the door, but then it would not latch. It could be pushed open from the hallway. Maintenance came to fix the door again which took about an hour.
Our room was incredibly warm but we didn’t realize this until around midnight. We lowered the temperature for the AC to kick……

“The property and staff are accommodating. The only issue we encountered was an out of service hot tub. We stayed at this property a few month ago and the hot tub has been down since that stay.
Minor issue, large disappointment. The kids love to swim and play in the pool. Without the hot tub the time spent in the pool was cut short due the the very cold water temps.”
