Stanford is now my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Grande Prairie! The couple of times I stayed there, i had a wonderful time! I liked the room, it’s quiet, cozy, so spacious! And the staff are so friendly and helpful and reliable! They went above and beyond at one point during my stay and I was so impressed and thankful! Whoever went to my suite to check on me cause I wouldn’t answer my wife’s call to wake me up, I thank you very much and I appreciate it! So thank you! Stanford’s number 1 in my book! I’ll recommend them to everybody!

I flew in from the US for business. I had a little problem checking in with my AMEX. The staff was fantastic! The GM even came in to lend a hand. I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious and very comfortable. There is food within a 2 minute walk right on their property. I have more business in the area and this is my new place to stay.

Very Noisy rooms. We could hear everything in the next room. Got switched to another room with no heat. Ok complimentary breakfast

Complicated system as far as the deposit is concerned. Most staff are nice. No room for compromise. Couldn’t take advantage of the free breakfast because of work schedule manager wouldn’t give any discount for that. I wouldn’t bother with this place.

Rubin a checked us in and was super efficient and professional. We arrived to find the room musty and although the furnishings were updated, the beds clean and comfortable, the comforters and curtains hung on to decades of dull. There likely is some water damage in the walls or roof. although you can’t really see it, you can smell it. We asked for additional Softer linens and were accommodated by friendly housekeeping staff and front desk staff. We kept the window open a crack for our stay. All in all, could use some renovations but for the cost and with such great staff, I would stay again.
