“I did not like the location at all. It was two hours drive from Barceloma centre. And they refused to accommodate me to another location close to centre town. Therefore I did not stay in that hotel. Perhaps it was my fault to reserve a room and pay them fully $1431.37. At the same time they could have made some concession and refunded some money. I stayed at other hotels in Barceloma and Madrid. I was a big loss for me.”
