Enjoy a riverfront stay on the beautiful Rogue River! Gorgeous views and conveniently located just 1 mile from I-5 by the City of Rogue River. Day trip to the Redwoods or Crater Lake easily! Shakespeare Festival in Ashland is nearby and Hellgate Jetboat Excursion in Grants Pass only 10 miles away. Newly remodeled, large kitchen with island, 5 burner gas range and double oven. Kitchen, dining room, private outdoor deck and patio seating all overlooking the river! Enjoy your own private river access where you can fish from the shore or raft/
swim, there's also a boat launch less than 1 mi away at Coyote Evans Park, where you will also find a greenway for miles of biking/walking along the river. This home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full laundry and plenty of parking. Come enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer!

Rogue River Trip
We loved this house the minute we stepped onto the property. Darling garden area and deck over the Rogue River. The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen for preparing our meals overlooking the river. Yes there is road noise from I-5, but you can easily tune it out when your outside and no noise inside.

Great house on the river.
Clean, open floor plan with updated remodeling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of parking, but it’s right off the Hwy. once inside the house, you don’t hear the traffic and can enjoy the river sounds from the back door. Cute place and pleasant stay.
