“We checked in late at night to the room being 85 degrees and the AC not working. When I requested assistance they had me go through the troubleshooting process on the HVAC at 12am. After that failed they moved me to another room where THAT HVAC was incredibly loud. Because I didn't want to deal with any more moves I stayed the night. “We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional.
