"Best holiday experience I’ve had!"

"I actually had a room facing Domino’s Pizza and parking lot. After travelling from Canada, and first being turned around from Sydney Airport to Proserpine, due to flooding, I was disappointed to have a view of the parking lot. The hotel ended up to be a great location, with friendly staff. I loved the access to restaurants from this hotel. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a little dated. "

"Ocean view was spectacular room 721 was magnificent We had 2 balconies with great ocean view . Comfortable bed ...nice mini kitchenette. The only negative thing was the dated cupboards but roomy and functional Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel ."

"The room was lovely with a little view of the ocean, however they must have had new staff and we had an issue with wifi and the app required for the garage. She took ages and finally another staff helped her and said we could as we had an appointment to attend."

"Waking up in the morning to the sun rising over the ocean was an incredible experience. The pool and amenities were among the best. A small issue was handled professionally and with proficiency. Definitely would recommend Riley Crystalbrook to friends. "
