It’s great for families looking for waterpark access—this is definitely the place for that. However, if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the 19th floor or higher, as it’s noticeably quieter. The elevators can get very crowded depending on the time of day. The staff was friendly, but the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing at times. I’d rate it 4 stars overall, mainly for the convenience—having coffee and food options right in the hotel is a big plus. If I were to stay again, I’d go for the presidential suite—the one with the bathtub next to the window. Just a heads up, there’s only one or two rooms like that. I thought I had booked it based on the listing showing a bathtub, but that wasn’t the case.
