"Upon arrival we learned the gym and pool were closed due to tv filming going on at the hotel, we should have been informed of that when booking. After checking in and unpacking, we had to be relocated to another room because of loud noises coming through the ceiling and walls (apparently a water pipe/pressure problem). Then the key cards to the new room didn't work and we had to go back down to the front desk to get that sorted (no apology from staff at all). New room missing a few items - face cloths, shampoo, bed coverlet. Asked front desk in the morning to provide these things. Not only did the items not come, but our room did not get cleaned at all. Key cards stopped working again in the afternoon and we had to get that fixed again at front desk. Wi-fi very spotty entire 2-day stay. "
