Lovely accommodating staff, Clean and nice property, Room with 2 bed small but understandable since it's downtown Toronto, Hotel gets high grades from me. Everything is close by, street car, subway, eateries, attractions, shopping. What i did not like was that too many mentally unsound people who need help, thought i came to a first world country but it was pathetic to know that a country like Canada cannot take care of its own citizens, all around where we were at. Surrounding was not the cleanest of the places, whenever i walked out always smelt Marijuana in the air, just disgusting had to make my kid hold his breath everytime. But so visit again if i have to only.

First time staying at one hotel for seven straight nights. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Quick response and efficiency at front desk, and friendly hotel staff throughout. Room was clean, tidy and well-stocked. Beds were not too comfy but of course, it's a hotel, not home. Not entirely quiet late in the evenings as certain neighbours banged and partied their way through the halls but that was not the hotel's fault. We accessed their on-site laundry facility so that was helpful. Bought their breakfast package and was not disappointed. Going in early ensured a good table, and food options were tasty and plentiful, with many healthy alternatives. Super convenient location near subway, streetcar and bus stations just off of Yonge, and within walking distance to most major attractions. Loblaws and Shoppers just down the block on either end so no worries with neccessities. Surrounding area busy and vibrant with high foot traffic, so felt safe for evening exploration and strolls as well. Very pleased and will definitely consider returning if back in downtown Toronto.

The hall way is hot and squishy, washroom too small. No microwave at all. My stay we experience fire alarm and all the guest woke up at 4am. For me it’s not too safe if there’s a fire because of too squishy hallway. The location is really good though and very accessible to all specially loblaws and the subway 1min walk. We still enjoy our stay for 7nights and 8days. Thanks for all the staff. Good Job!

The front staff greet you and are efficient and helpful. All staff in the hotel no matter what they do are pleasant, and helpful if need something. The rooms are cleaned in a timely manner and very comfortable. Great location to everything downtown and you can even arrange trips as there is a company there where you can book to the Falls or the Casino. You know it’s a great hotel when many airline staff come here to stay

I liked that the hotel is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I was able to walk to the Art Gallery of Ontario, the St Lawrence Market, and to several parks to enjoy the day. There is a lot of construction in the area but it was still enjoyable to walk around the city. I did not like that there was no mention when booking that parking for the hotel is incredibly short. At a max height of 5'7" I'm not sure how many people would actually be able to park there, let alone walk through the garage without having to duck. The fact that there is an option to pay for the parking in the hotel garage but no mention of the low height made me question what else may have been left out of the hotel description. Thankfully I planned to pay for parking when I arrived instead of pre-pay, I can't imagine the hassle it would have been to get that money back when someone couldn't use the parking garage. Toronto is a busy city and parking is incredibly important when staying there. Having to find somewhere else to park was immensely stressful.

I was at a one week conference in downtown Toronto. I loved that it was only a 7 minute walk from the hotel. Huge grocery store close by and tons of dining options. The area the hotel is in is not posh but okay. It was perfect for my needs. Loved my room and really enjoyed the view of the Toronto skyline and CN tower. There’s an amazing garden-balcony area outside the pool on the 6th floor that is lovely for reading a book or eating a meal. Very comfortable bed, slept great!
