"An Exceptional Experience Thanks to Consierge Kevin Paulino! We recently completed a wonderful stay at Ocean El Faro, and we can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived until we departed, the customer service was outstanding—everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and courteous. The true highlight of our trip, however, was the unparalleled service provided by our Consierge, Kevin Paulino. Kevin truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. He took the initiative to handle all of our a la carte restaurant reservations, making dinner planning completely stress-free. More impressively, he checked on us daily, both in person and via text message, demonstrating a commitment to personalized service we rarely see. When we notified him that the steamer in our room wasn't working, he had it replaced quickly and efficiently. His attentiveness elevated our entire vacation. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel's amenities and food were excellent. The buffet restaurant offered a great variety of choices, and the food was consistently fresh and delicious. Furthermore, the property itself is beautifully maintained; the pools and gardens were immaculate and provided a relaxing atmosphere all week long. "We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful with multiple pools by the beach to enjoy and relax. I received a wonderful experience at the spa. Guided tours through the hotel are overpriced. We decided to book tours with locals instead. The food provided by room service is not as good as the restaurant food."
