It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. I think there were 4 pull out beds for extra family members. Kitchen was big but we did all inclusive so no need for rhat!😜. Food was outstanding and I think we tried about everything. Drinks were great as well. We even did paddle boards and kayaks for free at resort. "I stayed at this hotel last February, and I’ve already been back two more times. Every stay has been excellent. I’ve even started recommending it to my coworkers. The entire hotel staff is respectful, polite, and very friendly. The food in the restaurant is great, and another big plus is that you don’t need to take a cab from the airport — they offer a free shuttle service."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were enjoyable, and everything met our expectations.
The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. In addition, while the private beach was a nice feature, it could have been better maintained and cleaner.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistently Great Experience – 2nd Visit!
Returned to Hotel Colonial Mayagüez for my second stay, and it lived up to expectations once again. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location near the main plaza makes it super convenient, but the hospitality and cleanliness are what keep me coming back. Looking forward to stay #3!"
