Awesome Hotel. Staff were excellent. They were very courteous and accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was great and the room amenities were good. My only comment is our room had a certain smell— like kind of damp and we suspect it is the old carpeting in the room. Other than this we loved our stay here and will stay again.

The location was great for where we needed to be. There are a few restaurants nearby but not much retail. We had 3 rooms with one of them being a "premium suite." We had 2 issues with the room which management has been quick to rectify foot the future. The pool is being renovated and while we were hopeful that it would have been completed

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for our family.

Had an issue with a low battery in one of our rooms late at night. Front desk person was only person on site. Had to change to another room at midnight because she couldn't figure out getting it to stop (yes, she changed the battery). Also, had I known the pool wasn't available due to renovations (since December 15, 2025? and didn't look like any work had even begun), I would not have stayed for 4 days. Breakfast food was basic (artificial scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy) every day. Only ate there one of the 3 mornings. Like the suite rooms as you can close the door to the sleeping area and keep out noise (including a chirping smoke alarm).

The pool had a "Condemned" sticker on it from the village. The halls were painted, but looked like maintenance and through cleanings were an after thought. Breakfast was ok as far as powdered eggs go. We will not be going back to this location.
