He did not come to the curb —- did not exit the shuttle to ask if there were any passengers—and just drove away without me!!!- later claiming that it is the obligation of the rider to flag him down. A different shuttle driver back to the airport was very nice. "

"We stayed one night during a layover and everything was fine except the reception wasn’t too much in a hurry at checking people in and the restaurant food was ok but the service was absolutely terrible. It took 30min to place an order and the server seemed extremely frustrated to be there and asked for our order from 10’ away with a head nod and a half finger point."
