"Pool wasn’t even open and I booked three days here to use the pool. Was supposed to be a nice vacation that turned into a type of “what are we doing now”. Staff was absolutely great though!! Super friendly!"

"My room was very clean. The king size bed was super comfortable. The floors are not covered in carpet so it was very easy to hear the people above me moving around their room, but that would be my only negative comment. The breakfast area was well stocked each morning & the staff taking care of it was very sweet & kind. I'll keep this place in mind for my next trip back to this area."

"I’m giving it a poor review because of the beds and how thin the walls were. We were going to stay for two nights but we left after the first night because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on that we couldn’t get comfortable, on top of that we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. We couldn’t take another night off no sleep so we checked out the next morning eating the non refundable night lost."

"The hotel was easy to find and ideally located for downtown Portsmouth. I was frustrated by how expensive the valet parking was, and the lack of self parking options, considering the hotel had its own parking lot. The lobby and check-in process was nice, very clean and orderly. Sadly our room was less than relaxing. I thought having a corner room would be quieter but the floors are poorly insulated, and the stairwell door next to ours slammed very loudly. Worst of all the mattress, was an older spring style, with subpar linens and pillows. Definitely one of the worst nights of sleep I've had at a Hilton property, ever. The bathroom was spacious but there were spots of mold in the shower, and a leak in the door that left water all over floor. With at least 5 other similar 3/4 star hotels within a 2 block radius, I'll definitely try somewhere else next time we're in town. "
