Water was cold to barely warm and had no pressure; cause, per the desk clerk, was water/temperature saving device. I requested room support with no reply on three occasions. I attempted to contact the manager and was told there was not one. I was offered a chance to speak to the owner, and left my contact info, with no follow up.
Room had thin walls, making sounds in near room wake you at night. Someone kept banging on the front door i early morning hours.
Fridge ran cool but not cold. Microwave was very small, barely permitting a plate and cup.
Sad part is that with marginally invested ownership, the place could be nice, but there is a real disinterest. Even the breakfast food ran out every morning. The owner seems invested in making a quick buck, hoping that there will be no consequence for comfort-shaving tricks, that she is remote enough to not be affected by bad reviews.
Everyone I spoke to seemed satisfied that they got my money and didn't care about repeat business. No effort to return calls during the stay nor after.
