My room upon arrival given me had several problems. toilet overflowed when used. phone did not work. Room AC was not removing humidity. TV stayed on, remote did not work. Was given new room, asked for followed up adjustment Manager did not respond despite several attempts on site, and upon leaving.

The elevator was broken had to lug our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Whole first floor under construction never told about before we checked in. Staff didnt even apologize about the construction had i known would of stayed elsewhere Homeless people pan handling in front of hotel. Housekeeping was asked to clean our room after our first night , we only got clean towels. We had to tell the front desk every day to clean our room. Will never stay again

First off, the elevator did not work then it was standing water in the bathroom from I guess a pipe that was leaking. Definitely was not what I thought it was going to be. The staff was really nice, but the hotel was definitely not good at all.

Property was under construction. WiFi went out. Elevator didn't work, but desk clerk accommodated with a first floor room. Hair ball in shower drain. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. Initially no wash cloths. We had to go to desk and ask.
