“Shower made a loud, like bull horn, while in the shower. Breakfast was in wrappers to microwave nothing felt fresh at all. Lighting in the room And elevators was so bright like performing surgery bright. Pillows were mushy and not warm blanket/comforter.”

“Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!”

“Staff was friendly and check-in was easy and breakfast was fine with normal hotel breakfast items. The room was clean for the most part but the carpet was stained and the bathroom needs a deep clean with splashes on the walls, drips on the toilet and mold and mildew in the shower. Pet area is sufficient with pet waste bags available.”

“The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.”
