"Avoid Unless Absolutely Necessary I stayed here for business and strongly recommend against it. While the atrium is decent and the check-in staff were nice, the room itself was a disaster of neglect. The furniture was dated wood, but the real issue was the visible rust on the refrigerator frame and lamp bases. It shows a total lack of maintenance. The layout is also bizarre; a dust-caked air vent sits directly above the shower, pulling steam into the bedroom whenever the AC kicks on. Between the splotchy, unhygienic bathroom floor and the mysterious dark maroon carpet, I didn't even feel comfortable showering. To finish the experience, I waited over 15 minutes at an abandoned front desk to check out. I eventually had to leave my key and walk out to make it to work on time, and now I’m stuck chasing them down for the folio I need for my expenses. Stay elsewhere."

"Rooms are very nice. Staff is great. I wish the whole building was NO SMOKING. While I you have never thought something in a hotel would be "Closed", a couple of restaurants were closed on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays as was the Spa. I would have never thought anything in a hotel resort would have not been open. I did learn a valuable lesson when making my next booking. Casino was Great, clean & very nice staff. Make sure you do your "do diligence" for anything you might like to do. I just did not know to look for closings like that. "

"The common areas were clean and the staff was very friendly, however, upon checking into my room, it overwhelmingly reeked of marijuana. When I left the next morning, the smell lingered on my clothes and bag. Overall, it was a good, affordable choice for a one night stay. "

"Tv did not work lamps did not work refrigerator did not work front of ac kept falling off only light was from the bath room the coffee pot did not work. I understood the place was under construction but when i ask for someone to fix the tv no one showed up to fix it"

"Outside run down. Our room was dirty. You could see the bathroom was not clean, the remote was in a plastic bag and the side tables were chipped. "

"The room was nice and clean. Towels were big and soft. Staff was friendly. We ate at the Italian restaurant’s bar. Bartender was friendly but the food was burnt. The only problem we had with the room was the air wouldn’t get below 72 degrees and we like to sleep at 68 so we didn’t sleep very well."
