"The room was nice and clean. Towels were big and soft. Staff was friendly. We ate at the Italian restaurant’s bar. Bartender was friendly but the food was burnt. The only problem we had with the room was the air wouldn’t get below 72 degrees and we like to sleep at 68 so we didn’t sleep very well."

I recommend staying elsewhere even if it costs more. We just wanted a place to sleep and shower and it fell short of what we expected for the cost. "

"I am a nurse with a back injury...arrived and NO ELEVATOR SERVICE and NO AVAILABLE STAFF to assist with luggage to the THIRD FLOOR...And needless to say I was not informed the elevators were out of service prior to payment "
