Disappointing Weekend
Our weekend getaway was less than perfect. While the listing states limited cell phone coverage, the listing also states WiFi. The WiFi never worked. Called from land line in cabin the 1st day, no response. Went into office 2nd day, no action and no update provided. Very disappointing customer service. Had to drive to street corner just to get connection to tell family to call land line in case of emergency. And not 100% sure that phone received calls either.

Awesome And Magical Cabin
We just love this cabin with all of its special touches. The location is fabulous, secluded in the trees. Quaint, cozy and decorated beautifully. My husband's only remark was possibly a different couch where you are not leaning back so far. Not comfortable. I agreed with him. Thank you.

wonderful cabin
We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again. The cabin was all in beautiful knotty pine, and nice and clean. Speaking of wood, one of the best parts of the cabin is the great wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has the patina of a cabin which has served meals to generations of happy families - wonderful feel.

Cute cabin
Lovely little cabin in the trees. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication of Cabin Butler. We also appreciated being able to get in early due to the snowstorm. They were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We were super impressed!!! They even made sure our driveway was plowed each day. We were cozy and cared for. Very nice experience! Highly recommend!

This cabin is well setup for those traveling to Greer. 4WD is necessary with snow due to slope of the drive. Provided firewood was appreciated and utilized. Books were a nice touch. Overall a nice little cabin.

Quiet Time
This Cabin was truly a great place to visit. Check in and getting to the Cabin was a breeze. Our second day there, the owner came to introduce himself and let us know if we needed anything to let him know. The only concerns we had while our visit were the seating in the living room was not comfortable enough for 4 people and were not the cleanest. These are truly minor concerns and would not stop me from renting again!

A hidden gem in the heart of Greer!
My husband and I just stayed 4 nights at the Montgomery cabin and it was amazing!!! The cabin was so cute and quaint and had everything we needed. It’s close enough to great creeks and Big Lake where we did some hiking and fishing. Each night we enjoyed a nice warm fire while we made dinner. I’ve already shared the link with several people as I highly recommend this cabin!

Loved the coziness of the Montgomery cabin here in Greer, AZ. My family of 8 spent four nights and loved it. It was clean and in a lovely location. The cabin butler staff was awesome and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Will use VRBO again for our next vacation.

Perfect snowy getaway
We rented the Montgomery cabin for a quick weekend jaunt. Place is beautifully situated in a tucked back area of Greer. The cabin had all of the amenities needed. The beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure and the kitchen had what we needs to whip up a dinner with the food we brought. Conveniently located just a few miles from the 260 with a plethora of hiking trails. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the Montgomery Cabin. It was so cute, charming and cozy! The views were incredible and the huge fire place kept us so warm! They had everything we needed to cook & bbq, more then expected. It was a perfect birthday getaway, we will definitely be back again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Hoping Heaven looks like Greer
Ahhh Heavenly Greer! And we LOVE the old-school cabin feel at Montgomery Cabin... we are repeat customers 4 times now and we love the old time feel of this 50s style place. Beds are comfy! Could use a newer tv and the wireless is spotty but otherwise it is perfection! Will def. come again! Coiros. Phoenix Az

Rustic and limited assistance
First of all we arrived in Greer around 11pm and check in had been prearranged with office who stated they would leave directions and that we “would not find without them.” However the number listed on the directions was wrong and after driving around in the cold and snow and dark for an hour we only found by driving up everyone’s driveways and comparing the picture on the direction sheet. The cabin itself is a rustic beauty!! Very cute and cozy place. However if items are going to be listed as being available it would be nice if management actually ensures that they are and are working properly. The washing machine and DVD player were both broken. Upon contacting the office I was told maintenance would come. Maintenance told us “you can fix whatever you want -it’s like it’s yours while you’re here”. ??? Well I’m on vacation and certainly don’t want to be “fixing” things. Needless to say neither problem was corrected or an alternative offered. That evening we used the second bedroom rather than the loft for the youngest kiddo. He woke in the middle of the night so I went and turned on his heater and laid fine with him. A couple hours later I woke to a freezing cold room and the beginning of a cold. As did my son. Come to find out the heater did not work!!! We decided to leave that morning and hit outcrop short by one day as both myself and don have asthma and the colds were not a good sign. Since that time we both ended up with pneumonia and many medical bills. Had we been told there was no heat in that room we could have prevented that from happening. I still give the cabin 3 stars because it is beautiful as is Greer. Could easily be 5 if the repairs and Maintenance were routinely completed and the maintenance staff was quite a bit more accommodating to traveling guests who probably don’t want to deal with other peoples problems in their trips!!!
