“My reservation was cancelled by property management.When I arrived to check in I was informed my room was cancelled by property management that morning before check in time because they ran my card before I arrived there I keep my card locked so it declined but of course I was scheduled to pay at the property when I booked my room..Nevered offerd me another room just told me they was sold out of rooms. 😡”

“We had no remote to our tv. The shower was not properly cleaned (hair and tissue). Some lamps did not work. Toilet was not cleaned.”

“The bedding was either dirty or had stains, the floors were filthy. There was hair on the towels. For a motel it was decent, but not somewhere I’d choose to stay again. The staff was on their phone arguing with what sounded like an employee the whole time we were checking in. Zero amenities. The mini fridge and microwave were unplugged when we got in and the air was at 74° so it took all night to cool down. Not the worst place to stay, but could definitely use some improvement.”
