"This is a very convenient location, by the lake with and a short stroll to town. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. I appreciated the still and sparking water fountains on each floor, with reusable bottles available. Underground parking was very helpful, staff let us park after we checked out for a time, as we went back into the town. Pool and patio areas are lovely and the cafe had all we needed (we didn’t make it to the first floor restaurant). Staff were very friendly and helpful, gracious with my limited French and switched to English as needed."

Brand new facility, amazing rooms and good breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, especially Ocean during check-in. With this being an essentially brand new hotel they have some kinks to work out with the parking situation but the parking and rooms are VERY secure. Close proximity to the train station and Annecy city center is walkable from the location. If I find myself in Annecy again will definitely stay at Hotel La Chappel!"
