“Our room did not have a working phone. After the staff put ina maintenance order the next day, it was determined that it was in the wall jack. So everything we needed, we had to go downstairs to the front desk. The pull out couch had old bedding on it and dirty. We had to ask for new bedding. We had to wait at the front front desk and wait for it and bring it up to our room ourselves. The kitchenette area didn’t have any extra amenitites such as paper towels.
