I’ve been traveling to St. Lucia for years now and have stayed there many times. The shower needs an upgrade, the face basin needs and upgrade. The tiles needs and upgrade the toilets need and upgrade. I think they need to take off the shower tub and just have walking showers which would make it so much better for one with a wheelchair. Other than that Bay gardens in is a very good choice and the buffet breakfast is very very very good. The service from the staff is priceless. I often had the pool to myself The room was kept clean. It had a small but effective refrigerator and microwave. Glasses, plates and silverware were useful and cleaned for me after use. The breakfast was bountiful, consisting of fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, cereal, pastries and delicious coffee I haven’t tried the bar yet The neighborhood is convenient with a mall with supermarket and small, friendly bars and restaurants. Although the room was clean and tidy, the furniture was old, the safe was broken and the bathroom door would not close properly due to a broken hinge. It took forever to get hot water for a shower.
