Cielo Lodge was a dream come true. Elegance meets sustainability in an intimate collection of cabinas that are spacious, gorgeous and comfortable. The bathrooms are designed to bring the outside in - even when opting for the indoor shower. Situated up near the canopy of the rainforest the grounds offer tremendous views and vigorous hikes including to a waterfall with a crisp, cool swimming hole. The food was delicious and served with attention and kindness overlooking the pool that mirrored the night sky. The staff were exceptional overall and all bringing coffee to my door at dawn was a personal favorite.

This made the Costa Rica experience soo pleasant. Incredible everything.

The room with the private pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant is great, the menu amazing and the service is word class. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of.

This place is a diamond in the rough. We almost missed the turn onto the uphill, dirt road that looks like you're going the wrong way. But at the top of the hill, you'll find this beautiful property. The infinity pool and view are incredible. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was very nice. Could have used a steamer or iron, and they probably could have provided if I had asked them. No TV --- but that was actually a plus because this place is meant to be a very calming get away. Drinks by the pool and dinner in the restaurant were great. If you're looking for quiet, calm, and relaxing then this is your spot.
