"I always book this hotel when I’m in Guayaquil. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. It is never noisy, nobody slams the doors or yells in the corridors. The breakfast is excellent and their restaurant has a very good a la cart menu. They also have a nice pool, a gym and a sauna up on the 5th floor."

"This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel, the security, comfort and hospitality is one of the reasons I highly recommend this place, breakfast is great lots of food options and since it’s a mall I had my hair colored and manicure and pedicure for only $60 dollars in Florida I pay more than that just for my nails. I will definitely come back next year!"
