“10/10 would recommend! We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for our large group of 20. They thought of everything. Everyone had their own bathroom, plenty of hot water, hose and outdoor shower were excellent for rinsing off sand, tons of beach chairs/floats/toys, and a 1 min walk to the ocean. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay! We hope to be a repeat customer :)”

“The property was amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was walkable but we advise to rent a golf cart for your stay as there’s a place right off 98 near the property. Navarre beach ordinance allows golf carts so take advantage of that! We had a great time.”

“We had a fantastic visit to Pensacola, and this home was perfect for us. It was so roomy, cute, and comfortable, plus the host was a delight. She is super accessible if you have questions and wants her guests to be happy. My family loved the pool - it's great for kids and lounging after a busy day. “The house was clean, had everything as advertised. The location to the beach was convenient and we used a golf cart, but walking would be ok. Backyard had plenty to entertain teens. House also had a good selection of beach chairs/toys. So we didn't have to bring our own. Would recommend! ”

“Quaint property with nice pool. A/C struggle d to keep up with the July heat but it never got uncomfortable inside. Pet friendly and was able to keep my dog contained in the yard but it took additional measures to keep one gate from staying open. Gate could use some repair. Ran dishwasher on the last day but it wasn't draining so dishes didnt get clean. Would rent again.”

“Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance....
