“Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS!
Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10!
Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!”

“The room we rented was spacious, very comfortable as well as clean.
The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very pleasant.
Cannot comment on the kitchen since we did not use it.
They offered private parking which was a bonus.
We will definitely stay there again whenever we are in that area.”

“Comfortable bed and good storage for a few nights trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.”
