“Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way. There was a single duvet on it and only one clean towel on top (three towels in total for 4 guests), so even the staff are aware that it cannot sleep 2 persons. “Whilst the website does state that the bathroom is a shared bathroom, it is not obvious when booking. The bathroom was not the cleanest, with empty shampoo bottles left, and open shower drain, and the drain was blocked and slow draining. Otherwise, the bedroom was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the food, drink and service in the pub was great.”

“Lovely room very clean The bathroom was modern but the drainage should be looked at, had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the smell coming into the bedroom. Breakfast was good lots of choice”

“This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. “A fabulous find in a great location in Leamington. A short walk to town but very quiet overnight. Comfortable bed with great pillows :) and a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Martha was a great host - thanks!”

“We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally.
