We were given some of the money back as a result, but only after my insistence. Apartment was hot and stagnant as well, with little to no airflow apart from two cheap amazon fans."

"The facilities were excellent with a wash room which we needed. Easy access to u-bahn and s-bahn via local buses, but you need the MVGO app to pay for tickets. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room was next to the main road, so noisy until late at night, but other rooms face inwards. Would stay again."
