"It was a fantastic weekend at this property. If you are ever in this area stay at Frick’n Ranch. It’s very clean, the beds are so comfy and it’s very very close to Splashway. The Host of the property is so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of."

"A lovely farmhouse that made for a relaxing base after long days. Furnishings, beds and decor were top notch. Loved waking up the sounds a cattle grazing nearby and mornings on the porch."
