“The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. ”

“Enjoyed many amenities such as, swimming pool in which you can actually swim, I believe it’s between 15-20 meters long. Hot tub was not very big and wasn’t hot but wasn’t an inconvenience as both the Steam room & Sauna were great.
Breakfast was good but not excellent many of the food items were not hot.

“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing.
After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation. It will be better after it.
The breakfast was good with sufficient choices. We just explored Geilo after it by the recommendation from the……

“The food in the hotel is really expensive, especially for non norweigans. Food is directed to their pallets and tastes and dies not provide options for tourists and children from other places. You can spend any from £40 -£50 for lunch and the same for dinner per person. If you dont like food not much else in offer other than pot noddles. Went hungry quite few times. Drinks are crazy expensive. Beer costing around £12.”

“Communication was slow and inefficient (they only replied a message in three days or so). Arrived late on the day and already told the camp site, then found that they didn’t provide the self check-in code as they thought payment was missing. Contacted hotels.com staff who was so nice to fix that.
