Please declare all guests at time of reservation, including names. Two guests for price; one additional guest for $25 per night. Maximum 3 guests.

Please ensure all porch lights are turned off at night. Ensure screen doors are latched. Wind can be fierce here and can spring the doors.

Please use the towels that are hung out. Use MAKEUP towels for removing makeup. If a towel is ruined (bleached) from makeup, a $20 fee w/be charged.
