"When first arriving, it looks a little aged, but we went into the room. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Front desk was helpful with questions. Did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Though it was a little pricey for a Sunday to Monday stay even for the Hamptons."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Bays Hotel on Main. From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. While it was a bit compact, it was comfortable and worked well for my stay. I originally booked the room for one person, but an old friend decided to join me so we could attend the Derby event during the weekend of July 18. Although the event was unfortunately canceled due to the weather, we still had a fantastic time exploring the area. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, just a short drive away. Best of all, the beach is only about a five-minute drive from the hotel, making the location ideal. They also have a bar/pub located downstairs that stays open until about 3 AM. I only stopped in briefly, but my friend spent a couple of hours there and said she really enjoyed it. I had absolutely no complaints during my stay. Everything was clean, convenient, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hampton Bays Hotel on Main to anyone visiting the area."

"Such a beautiful house! Everything was well kept and in good shape. Amazing views from the deck. The main road is nearby but it’s not annoying. The owner is really great at communicating, and even sent me a detailed video when I needed help on something. Really a great choice for a Hamptons trip."

"Large rooms, clean - very well designed - clean, fully renovated - wonderful renovation. Lots of staff - so very attentive. Great place - will definitely go again and highly recommend it. Pool is big enough....BUT....important to get your towel down before 9 to have a seat - was not over crowded at all (and it was July 4th weekend) - but it could potentially get crowded.....so just a tip."
