Best part is that this property is near to beach. Rest all is okay for the price we paid. We were given room 102. This room very smelly like mold or smoking. Mowed us to room 208 which better and seemed updated.

The room was clean, sheets were clean and the towels smelled fantastic. Very close to the ocean. I personally didn’t like the sliding doors but they worked and the locks were good. The bed was too firm for me but my other half liked it. I would stay there again.It was affordable.

We stayed for one night. The room was nice, the jetted hot tub an added bonus. We did not like the location of the room on top of a garage with no knowledge of the other areas of the property. No ice machine nearby. Location was good. Property was clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice size. The location was perfect. Not directly on the beach , but foot steps away.. Nice surprise was the AMAZING view for the fireworks. Watched them from the hotel deck. Couldnt have had a better view . Right over our heads. My only complaint was the bed wasnt very comfortable. No toilet paper holder just a roll sitting on toilet tank. Not sanitary. They removed all the ice machines, ac not working properly. Dirty rug in room. Location is perfect for the beach and the ballroom. Staff very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ships Inn in Hampton Beach! The entire staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, and their hospitality truly stood out. The inn was a great place to stay while enjoying everything Hampton Beach has to offer, and the positive atmosphere made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Ships Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hampton Beach. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a memorable one!

Was able to get a single night on the 4th of July for a very reasonable price. We got a mini studio which was beautiful, and right next to the pool! Staff were very friendly, and a 2 minute walk to the action! As a landscaper, the overgrown weeds are an eyesore, and the siding can use a good pressure washing.

Don't listen to these other reviews. This place is just fine. The rooms we had were spacious, clean enough, and had everything we needed and more. I admit that reading some of these horrendous reviews almost had me switching hotels. But once again, internet reviews turned out to be mostly written by folks who don't know how to appreciate things. The only thing I disliked was that it could have been about $100 cheaper. That's it. Enjoy your stay, it's a fun little spot.

The rooms could be updated but it was clean. The roof was excellent to watch the fireworks. Very closed to the beach strip. But… the pool was disgustingly gross. Dingy water, mold around the pool. How if chlorine is supposed to clean all that! They didn’t want to refund the second day the purpose of my trip was to swim in the pool but didn’t get to. I don’t swim in the ocean but made the best of it outside the hotel.

Room was dingy, smelly, and showed multiple signs of violent intrusion during its recent past. The balcony, which was advertised with an ocean view, only looked out on a back alley. We went to breakfast and came back an hour before checkout to find our key cards no longer worked to enter our room. I walked to the office to find out what’s up only to find it locked up tight. I called the number on the door and was told the office should be staffed all hours…the guy in the phone said someone would meet me at the room. That didn’t happen with any expediency so I found a maid and she let me into my room to get my luggage. I would not stay at this establishment again if there is another viable option like my car (it’s definitely more comfortable than the mattress in their room which was hard and springy and very saggy in the middle).
