"This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. "We stayed at the cabin on the lake for a long weekend in the fall and had a great time. The amenities in the cabin are just as described and the cabin was super comfortable for my family of five. The pond itself was super quiet being the fall and we enjoyed a few nice canoe paddles with the local loon. The end of the road location was great and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. "The house was nicely appointed, clean, on a very quiet street. Easy to get to and from Boston, even on a holiday weekend. The lake was very swimmable, even as early as Memorial Day. A couple things to be aware of: One of the bedrooms has to be walked through to get to the primary bed room (or you have to go outside). The play loft is also above the primary bedroom, so not a place that will allow kids to play while parents sleep in, but the living room worked ok for that."
