"Beautiful property - exactly what my family needed. The home is very comfortable. We were two to six guests at various points over a seven day vacation. Lots of room for everyone to spread out on the airy porch or interior sunroom and living room. Hancock is close by for canoe-outfitters, grocery store, and restaurants. We kayaked and canoed on the Delaware (aka front yard), hiked to waterfalls and scenic vista less than two miles down the road, and enjoyed tours of the mushroom farm run by the property manager (and his dog Ralph)."

"Our kids always have a great time here, but the place needs an upgrade. Twice I have been in the hotel room and it has such a musty smell that my affects my allergies. They try to cover it up with a ton of spray which is also awful. Check-in took forever too. But it is a place where the kids have happy memories, just needs an upgrade."
