"Clean, new looking place. Breakfast staff were great. If you're visiting Oneonta as were to see our favourite middle child this is a pretty good base."

"Can’t comment on breakfast- did not partake. In general the room was clean but found a q-tip and wad of hair on floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating but housekeepers were very noisy. Parking area safe and well lit. "

"I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms . "

"One of the easiest stays ever. Beautiful location on the Delaware River. Bonus for having a restaurant right across the street. The property had everything you need for the stay. Clean and quaint. The fire pit made the evening star gazing a lovely event. Would 100% book again. "
