Definitely not what I was expecting. Loud nighttime parties, lots of screaming kids running around, and most of the amenities were well worn. This is a resort where parents go to party while kids run amuck despite ‘quiet’ hours. The cabins are in terrible condition, the shower barely worked and about half the lights were burnt out. The good is the staff- very friendly and helpful. It’s unfortunate the property is so run down. The pool, mini golf, fire pits all sounded like fun. We only stayed one night and left asap in the morning.

"We loved the motel feeling here in the small desert town. Parking in front of your bedroom, no elevator and hallways. In a sense it felt timeless. The room was really good, got cool and had a new nice shower installed. If we stay in Hanksville again, we will be looking forward to this place!"
