The hotel is in the downtown center. It was very convenient to restaurants, shops and sites of interest for tourists. The room was clean. The bed, TV, and furniture were nice.

Urban Boutique is in a very convenient location in Little Italy, close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. It’s a good option for a short stay if you mainly need a place to sleep and be near everything.
The hotel is outdated and feels more like an old college dorm and visible stains everywhere. You can hear people in nearby rooms and above you, so it isn’t very quiet. My room did not have soap and didn’t have enough towels. There is also no daily housekeeping during the stay.
Overall, it works for one or two nights because of the location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or if you’re looking for comfort and modern amenities. The staff is friendly.

Despite the ongoing renovations of the front desk area and elevators we had a pleasant night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast options was good and the eating area kept very clean. Only complaint was the water for the shower was luke warm at best and very low pressure. Not sure ...
