The room was spotless and clean. The saff very helpful and attentive. We had 2 issues: 1) half of the leg was missing off the corner of the bed. The result was when we sat on that corner the bed tilted. We called front desk and they had maintenance come up and it was fixed in 10 minutes. 2) my 10yo vomited at 2:30 am and didn’t make it to the toilets. Housekeeping was absolutely amazing! Had it all cleaned up and new sheets on our bed in a half hour. And front desk called us to follow-up that we were satisfied. Absolutely amazing service!

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele
