“Our 2 night stay whilst visiting family in Telford was fine. Apartment in good location with shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, 2 min walk to parking, everything clean and well maintained. Check in etc all easy. The apartment is over 2 floors so bear that in mind if mobility is an issue. Recommended.”

“Great central location with parking. Great 3 night visit. Check in instructions only sent to us on the day after we started our journey, rather 24hour in advance. A little radio in the kitchen would be a nice addition.”

“Got there with 3 hot and tired children (long car journey) and my 70 year old mum only to find theyd cancelled our booking. I received no communication of this. My booking and payment had been confirmed. I even received an email the next morning to see how our stay was going and another asking us to rate our stay. We booked through hotels.com and still trying to get to the bottom of what happened. We ended up in a quadruple room in the Travel lodge (at our own expense) this was not the family……

“Seriously unimpressed by the lack of help and assistance from the host to cancel, with nearly a weeks notice prior to our intended stay. We also found that some of the information provided on the property listing at the time of booking to be somewhat questionable, suggesting a cabin size of 215 sq ft and containing a bathroom, which we now understand relates to facilities in a separate building on the property. We will not be booking again.”

“Very comfortable cottage in a quiet rural area but only 10mins drive from Whitchurch with some lovely shops and restaurants. Easy access to North Wales and several National Trust properties. We had a relaxing time and would be very happy to return.”

“We have stayed here twice and booked again for next year. Its a lovely house, close to all amenities, very clean and tidy.A couple of issues. No room for our recycling in the bins and rug in the front room was dangerous. 3 of us spilt hot drinks when we went to sit down on the sofe and it slid and knocked us off our feet.But we love it Thank you”
