We had a great 3 night stay the weekend before Christmas. Breakfast was included in our rate at the adjacent pub and it was fab - all cooked to order plus a continental buffet, and some choices too (full english, sandwiches, avocado and poached egg on toast etc). Spotless modern room. Had everything you need for a self catering stay. Kept up to date via the app and with WhatsApp. Everything explained thoroughly and even had little check ups via text to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be back. It was all lovely

Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 ...
