"Only issue I had was the TV needed programmed twice and wouldn't work at all today. TV's are important while away from home and it was frustrating not being able to use at when I wanted to. Food was the best and the staff went out of their way to help."

"The hotel was great. HOWEVER, when we first got there the TV would not work. We called the front desk and I believe the young lady was named Flor??? She was kind and helpful and was going to bring new batteries for the remote. But then we discovered some one had unplugged the TV and disconnected the cable line too. So no need for batteries, just a simple check of connections! Bed was VERY comfortable!"
